Born and raised in Hastings, Kim spent time travelling through Asia and had an interest in Complementary Medicine, which in turn lead him to Acupuncture.
Kim studied at the New Zealand School of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This was a 4 year degree level course. Towards the end of his final year of study Kim travelled to China for a two month clinical placement at the Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. This was a great opportunity to hone his clinical skills and see how Acupuncture has been integrated into China’s public health system.
With training in NZ and China and more than 20 years clinical experience, Kim can provide you with genuine traditional Acupuncture in a clean professional clinic.
